Luxe Enterprises is the first manufacturer in Taiwan producing cooked noodles. Obtaining HACCP certification in 2004, and subsequently passed the ISO22000 international certification of food safety management system and several FDA inspections. In 2015, the food safety department was established to conduct professional checks on raw materials, suppliers, processes, and labelling. These quality verifications and actions are ahead of most of the industry which also shows that Luxe’s insistence on quality. The investment on quality control and food safety is the respect to all customers.
Noodle Plant
Luxe Noodle Plant broke the traditional noodle making method and combined noodle production technology from Japan with Japanese noodle making machine in 1990, the fresh cooked noodles w/o added any preservatives were produced the next year. The sterilized shelf stable cooked noodles can be stored at room temperature for a long time. Ai Men Tsu (iNoodle) is the own brand Luxe have in the early stage and also exported overseas. In recent years, with 30 years of noodles production experience on shelf stable noodles and chilled noodles, Luxe imported IQF equipment from Japan and started to develop frozen noodles which keeps the cellular structure of cooked noodles and maintain all of the outstanding quality and fresh taste.
Different from small noodle factories, Luxe also applied the management system of the modern factory of cooked noodles with high-standard production requirements to provide customers more hygienic and safe uncooked noodle products. The product range include uncooked noodles and cooked noodles across chilled, ambient and frozen. Besides of noodles, Luxe also supply seasoning to provide various combinations of products to meet the different needs from customers.
Central Kitchen
Luxe Central Kitchen is committed to the research and development on chilled and frozen prepared foods. The various equipment for producing small volume allows steaming, boiling, roasting, frying on the product. A variety of cooling equipment and experience provide the safest and best cooling methods for different types of products. All kinds of filling and packaging equipment allow products to have a variety of specifications. Luxe provide all kinds of hot pot soup bases, seasoning sauce, prepared pasta, and frozen New Year Dishes to customers with fresh and healthy delicacies at any time.
